Fludarabine phosphate in the body is rapidly dephosphorylated to become 2F-ara-A. By inhibiting of ribonucleotide reductase, DNA polymerase ¦Á, delta, DNA primase andDNA ligase activity to inhibit the synthesis of DNA.
